About Me

We are at a major evolutionary threshold at this time. We have the opportunity to evolve our consciousness in very significant ways. The portal to this power is through our hearts. There are massive waves of cosmic light assisting us in this transition, as are the other elements. Various multidimensional beings are facilitating and guiding us through this journey.

I and others are bridging dimensions at this time with the goal of facilitating a more just, harmonious, and balanced way of being. We can co-create this together. We each have a purpose here on Earth. My wish is to accompany you in discovering and living your true purpose.

As a child, my family lived on a farm with various animals. There, we had a large garden and cornfield each year, enjoying the abundant harvests we were gifted by the land. Through this experience, I learned the importance of our connection with nature and feeding the body, mind, and soul to foster health. 

As a physician assistant, it was a privilege to care for people of various ages. Each person taught me so much. I accompanied people with cancer in the clinic and in the pain & palliative care ICU, as well as worked in family medicine and internal medicine practices. A team I was part of focused on infection prevention. Another team collaborated with various sectors of the community to promote health across the spectrum of life to prevent diabetes. 

While working in healthcare, one of my friends introduced me to energy work. This shifted my world! I wanted to learn more. I participated in a pilot reiki program in a hospital in Boston. I was trained in reiki and volunteered in the cardiology unit and cardiac surgery ICU offering reiki. It was a transformative experience.

My spirituality is rooted in nature. That is where I return to deepen my spiritual connection. Since a young age, I have been drawn to the path of a mystic. My way has been to live in a contemplative manner in the world. It was so nourishing to participate in a wonderful Contemplative Prayer Circle during a pivotal juncture in my life.

After retiring from medicine, I completed a 3-year apprenticeship in Shamanic Reiki, obtained my Reiki Master Certification, explored the evolution of consciousness, writing, and the Rose Lineage. As well, I participated in a 13-month program learning about the science and mythology of various star systems and connecting with their consciousness. I continue to immerse myself more deeply and broadly into the wisdom of the Divine Feminine.
